At Turkish Lights, we want you to be completely enchanted by your handcrafted mosaic lamps and decor. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using the original protective materials to prevent breakage of the delicate glass and metal components during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
